Background

Founded in 2015 in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, Brush Party has grown from a few local paint-and-sip evenings into the UK’s largest and most-loved Paint & Sip experience. The brand set out with a simple goal: to make art fun, social, and accessible to everyone—regardless of skill level.

Each year, thousands of guests gather at Brush Party events held in pubs, bars, restaurants, and venues nationwide to paint, sip, and unwind in a vibrant, relaxed atmosphere. In 2024 alone, Brush Party hosted around 3,000 events, supported by a talented team of over 70 artists and assistants, helping over 40,000 people tap into their creativity while enjoying a night out.

“Brush Party isn’t about producing perfect art,” say Cliff and Sam, who run Brush Party together. “It is about having fun, trying something new, and sharing an experience our guests will be talking about for weeks.”

To reward our loyal guests and keep them coming back, we introduced the Stamp Me loyalty programme. It is an easy, digital way for our guests to collect stamps for every event they attend, earn rewards, and stay connected with what is coming up next. The programme has helped us engage with our customers, encourage repeat bookings, and add a little extra excitement to every Brush Party night.

The Brief

In early 2025, Brush Party partnered with Stamp Me to launch a digital loyalty program that would reward frequent guests, encourage repeat bookings, and deepen customer engagement. 

The goal was to create a simple, fun incentive that aligned with the Brush Party experience—easy to join, rewarding to use, and designed to bring people back for more creative nights out.

How the 

Brush Party

 Loyalty Program Works

The Brush Party loyalty program offers a simple and rewarding experience: guests collect one digital stamp for every public, in-venue event they attend. After collecting six stamps, they receive a free event as a reward.

Brush Party uses an online offer to deliver rewards. Once a guest qualifies, a custom in-app pop-up appears, prompting them to check their email. There, they receive a unique discount code automatically generated and sent via Stamp Me. 

A time delay between stamping (of 24 hours) is also set up for more control over in-person customer stamping. This can easily be adjusted in their Merchant Console at any time.

Stamping Method

Brush Party employs the innovative Stamp Tag as their primary stamp method. This portable version of the traditional stamp pod utilises tap-and-go technology, allowing staff to effortlessly issue stamps to customers on the spot. 

Staff members wear these secure tags on lanyards, making them readily available during customer interactions, which is ideal for busy painting sessions!

To get a stamp, customers simply hit the "Stamp Me" button on their stamp card in the app and then tap the back of their phone on the staff member's Stamp Tag. A quick buzz and ping confirm the stamp is added to their card.

To raise awareness and encourage sign-ups, Brush Party created a dedicated landing page highlighting the benefits of their loyalty program. 

The page explains how the program works, outlines the reward structure, and provides direct instructions for joining via the Stamp Me app.

In under a year, the Brush Party loyalty program achieved strong early traction, with over 700 active members and 700+ stamps issued—all before completing their first year on the Stamp Me platform.
