"Some of them use it a lot because they come frequently and they love to have free coffees — and it's nice because you don't have to use it right away, you can use it when you want. Every time you can get something back for what you pay, I think they like that. Like they have something to come back for. It's really easy to use — anyone who has a phone can download it and use it."
The Brief
Harry's Bondi wanted a digital loyalty solution that felt as effortless and welcoming as the cafe itself. In March 2023, Harry's Bondi partnered with Stamp Me to launch a digital loyalty program that reflects everything their cafe stands for — rewarding the regulars who make Harry's what it is.

Loyalty Program Works
Harry's Bondi keeps it simple — buy 10 coffees, get one free. Customers collect one stamp for every coffee purchase and their free coffee reward is waiting for them at the end. It's the kind of straightforward, satisfying loyalty mechanic that keeps regulars coming back day after day.
They also have a stamping time delay implemented, which only allows customers to collect one stamp for the period of time set by Harry's Bondi. This is a great way to have more control over member stamping.
Stamping Method
Harry's Bondi uses the StampPod™ for fast, contactless stamping at the point of sale. Customers simply press 'Stamp Me' in the Stamp Me app and tap their phone on the StampPod to earn a stamp, keeping the morning coffee run quick and seamless, even on the busiest beachside days.
