The Brief

In mid-2024, Moksha Room partnered with Stamp Me to introduce a salon digital loyalty program that was seamless, modern, and easy for clients to use.

The salon wanted to create a simple reward system that encouraged repeat visits, built stronger client relationships, and reflected their holistic approach to beauty and self-care.

  • Launch a seamless digital loyalty program that was easy for both staff and clients to use
  • Boost customer retention by rewarding repeat visits and encouraging loyalty to the salon
  • Align their rewards program with the salon’s premium, holistic brand experience

 Loyalty Program Works

Moksha Room introduced a digital stamp card through the Stamp Me app with a simple, enticing offer: “Buy 5 Blow-Dries and Get the 6th Free.”

Clients download the Stamp Me app and receive a digital stamp each time they book and complete a blow-dry. Progress is tracked in real time, eliminating the need for paper cards. Once a client collects five stamps, the sixth blow-dry is automatically rewarded for free.

Terms and conditions keep the program fair and consistent; rewards are valid for 12 months, non-transferable, and exclusively for clients aged 18+. Stamps are added after each visit, making the process seamless for both staff and customers.
