Background
Mumuyo was born on a family road trip through Gippsland, inspired by roadside fruit stands and the richness of Aussie produce. What started as homemade yoghurt drinks for the founders’ kids quickly grew into a full-fledged brand serving up wholesome, made-to-order smoothies in Melbourne’s CBD.
Each drink is blended with fresh Gippsland milk, real fruits, ancient grains, and no artificial additives. It’s simple, nutritious, and proudly 100% Australian; as they say — all moo, no bull.
The Brief
Back in late 2020, Mumuyo was looking for a simple and engaging way to reward their growing customer base while staying true to their fun, feel-good brand. They needed a loyalty solution that would work seamlessly in-store, be easy for staff and customers to use, and reflect their commitment to quality and experience.
Enter Stamp Me — a flexible, user-friendly platform that allowed Mumuyo to launch a custom digital stamp card, offer birthday rewards, and build stronger relationships with their community.

Mumuyo’s loyalty program is designed to create instant value and lasting engagement.
New customers receive 30% off their first drink just for signing up, which is a powerful incentive that not only encourages initial purchases but also helps grow Mumuyo’s loyalty database from day one.
From there, members earn one digital stamp for every full-priced drink purchased in-store. After collecting five stamps, they receive a free topping of their choice, and their 11th drink is on the house. With simple milestones and enticing rewards, the program keeps customers coming back while strengthening their connection to the Mumuyo brand.

Mumuyo uses the StampPod™ as their primary method for issuing loyalty stamps in-store. Positioned conveniently at the POS counter, the StampPod™ allows customers to simply tap their phone after a qualifying purchase to collect a stamp.
The ‘tap and go’ process is quick, contactless, and easy to use — making it ideal for fast-paced environments like smoothie bars. It also ensures stamp collection is secure and hassle-free for both staff and customers.

Birthday Club:
To make customers feel extra special, Mumuyo offers a free standard drink during their birthday week as part of their loyalty program.
Members receive a cheerful message: “Happy birthday week to you! Enjoy a free standard drink on us to celebrate!” and have seven days to redeem their treat. It’s a simple gesture that creates genuine moments of joy and deepens customer loyalty, all while staying true to Mumuyo’s feel-good brand experience.

To help promote the program and boost visibility, Mumuyo also displays branded in-store posters that encourage customers to join and clearly explain how the Stamp Me program works.
