The Brief

In late 2023, Otherside Coffee joined the Stamp Me platform with the goal of strengthening customer loyalty across its growing cafe network. The objective was clear: turn casual coffee drinkers into devoted regulars through a simple, stylish, and rewarding digital experience.

 Loyalty Program Works

The Otherside Coffee loyalty program is refreshingly simple:
Buy 9 coffees, get the 10th one free.

Customers collect digital stamps for every coffee purchased. Once they reach 9 stamps, a free coffee reward is automatically issued in the Stamp Me app for them to use on their next visit.

This no-fuss approach not only appeals to the brand’s fast-paced customer base but also aligns with the expectations of a modern cafe-goer—tech-savvy, design-conscious, and always on the go. No confusing setup or hard-to-manage reward system. 

Stamping Method

To encourage sign-ups while maintaining their sleek aesthetic, Otherside Coffee uses branded marketing materials throughout their cafes. This allows them to display their unique Join Code, inviting customers to download the Stamp Me app and start earning stamps.

These touchpoints blend seamlessly into the existing cafe design and provide a non-intrusive yet effective way to boost awareness of the loyalty program.
