For nearly 40 years, Pierrot’s has built a loyal client base through its combination of hairdressing expertise, customer service and business excellence. As an Aveda salon, it also embraces environmentally friendly practices, signature rituals and a holistic approach to beauty.
The Brief
As Pierrot’s continued to serve its loyal client base in Mt Lawley, the team wanted to further encourage repeat visits across treatments, blow dries and retail purchases, while rewarding the clients who continued to return. In 2023, they turned to Stamp Me to begin their digital loyalty journey.

Loyalty Program Works
Pierrot’s has built a flexible digital loyalty program with Stamp Me that rewards clients across services and retail. Clients can collect stamps on dedicated digital stamp cards for eyebrow treatments, blow dries and product purchases, with rewards designed to encourage repeat engagement across the salon.
The program includes:
- Eyebrow Rewards: 50% off the 5th eyebrow treatment
- Product Rewards: 50% off the 5th product purchase plus a free Aveda deep massage treatment
- Blow Dry Rewards: 5th blow dry half price, 10th blow dry free
To join members to the program, they display their Join Code, which allows a customer to download the Stamp Me app and join the stamp card, when it is scanned in the Stamp Me app.
Stamping Method
Pierrot’s uses two Stamp Me validation methods to suit different parts of its loyalty program. For product rewards, the salon uses the StampPod™ — a small tap-and-go device that allows clients to collect a stamp by placing their phone on top once they press ‘Stamp Me’ in the app.
For the blow dry rewards card, Pierrot’s uses Stamp Tag, a small tap-and-go card attached to a lanyard that staff can carry with them. This makes it a practical option for service-based interactions, allowing team members to easily present the tag to clients after a qualifying service.
Together, these methods help Pierrot’s create a smooth loyalty experience across both retail and salon services, while keeping stamp collection quick and convenient for clients.
