What is Stamp Me? 

Stamp Me is a simple loyalty app that takes the traditional “Buy X, Get Y”-style loyalty cards and puts them on your phone as a digital punch card.Stamp Me has partnered with select Boost Mobile stores to provide you with a loyalty program on their app, so you can experience benefits for simply being a customer.

What Boost Mobile Stores are participating in the Stamp Me loyalty program?

A list of participating stores is updated monthly and can be found here. Participating stores are subject to change at any time, with no prior notice.

How do I join the Stamp Me loyalty program?

To participate, download the Stamp Me App from the Google Play or Apple App Store and register using your Boost Mobile cell phone number. Once registered, you will see your digital loyalty card and can track your stamps and reward vouchers.

I don’t see a loyalty card in my Stamp Me App, what should I do?

In some situations, it may take up to 3 business days from paying your bill for the loyalty card to appear on the home screen of your Stamp Me App. If you still do not see a loyalty card after 3 business days, please contact us at support@stampme.com.

How do I get stamps?

Stamps are automatically applied to your digital loyalty card within 1 - 3 business days from your bill being paid. You do not need to do anything. If after 3 business days you have not received a stamp for a bill payment, please contact the store you made the payment at in the first instance. Alternatively, please contact Stamp Me at support@stampme.com

Why don’t I have stamps for previous bill payments?

Customers of participating Boost Mobile stores will only receive automatic loyalty stamps for payments made from April 15 2024. Payments made prior to this date do not qualify for stamps.

I accidentally redeemed my reward voucher and I wasn’t in the store, what should I do?

Reward vouchers must only be activated when in-person at the specified Boost Mobile store. Unfortunately lost reward vouchers cannot not be reinstated. 

How do I redeem a reward voucher?                 

1. Tell a staff member you have a Stamp Me reward voucher to redeem
2. Open your Stamp Me App
3. Navigate to the gift icon
4. Select the reward voucher
5. Confirm ‘redeem’
6. Show staff the time-and-date stamped animated voucher on your screen
7. Receive your reward
Please note that rewards will not be given unless the animated voucher is activated and visually verified by a staff member.

I used Stamp Me at a store before, does this change anything?

If you were already joined to a Boost Mobile loyalty program on the Stamp Me App prior to April 15 2024, and collected stamps via a QR code or through staff, we’ve made it even more simple for you! Your stamps are now being applied automatically to your Stamp Card a few days after making your bill payment. You don’t need to do anything!

Do you sell or share my data?

No, we do not sell or share your personal information to any third parties. However, the personal information that you provide through the Stamp Me App is shared with the Boost Mobile store that you are registered to, or pay your bill at. You may be contacted by Boost Mobile retailers via SMS, Push Notification or email.

You can update your communication preferences or request a copy of the personal details held by Stamp Me at any time, from the settings area of your Stamp Me App.
