The Brief
In September 2025, Play Valley launched the Play Valley Rewards programme in partnership with Stamp Me, giving families a reason to keep coming back and rewarding their loyalty with every visit.

Loyalty Program Works
The Play Valley Rewards programme is simple — the more you visit, the more you earn. Customers collect one stamp for every full-price child, toddler, or baby entry and unlock rewards at three milestones:
- 3 stamps — 50% off any coffee
- 6 stamps — Free kids meal
- 9 stamps — 1 free child entry
Stamps and rewards are valid across all four Play Valley locations, giving families full flexibility no matter which centre they visit.
Stamping Method
Play Valley uses the StampPod™ for fast, contactless stamping at the point of sale. Customers simply press 'Stamp Me' in the Stamp Me app and tap their phone on the StampPod to earn a stamp — keeping the process quick and effortless at each of their four locations.


Play Valley dedicates an entire page on their website to the rewards programme, making it easy for families to learn about the benefits and download the Stamp Me app before or after their visit.
