Background

Sana Days is a Queensland-based charity with a clear and personal mission: suicide prevention through physical activity and community connection. Founded by Brock Day following the loss of a loved one, the organisation promotes movement, routine, and social connection as proactive tools for protecting mental health.

Central to Sana Days' community offering is its run club program, which operates across four locations in Queensland. These free, recurring events bring people together around shared physical activity, which reinforces habits that Brock and his team believe are foundational to long-term mental wellbeing.

Since implementing the Stamp Me loyalty program within our Sana Days run club, it has added significant value to both our charity and our community.

Being able to reward our runners for consistently showing up has been incredibly powerful. It reinforces positive habits like movement, connection, and routine — all of which play a huge role in supporting mental wellbeing and align closely with our mission.

The Brief

As Sana Days' run clubs grew across Queensland, the team wanted a way to reward members who kept showing up, deepen connections with local businesses, and bring a sense of friendly competition to their community. In March 2024, they turned to Stamp Me to bring it all together with its digital loyalty solution.

Key Objectives

  • Reward members for consistent run club attendance and encourage long-term habit formation
  • Build a digital loyalty solution suited to the fast-paced, high-energy nature of their run clubs
  • Strengthen community engagement across four Queensland locations
  • Partner with local businesses and sponsors to offer meaningful, varied rewards
  • Create a sense of friendly competition through a leaderboard and consistency challenges

How the

Sana Days

 Loyalty Program Works

Sana Days has built a digital loyalty program with Stamp Me that rewards members for showing up consistently across their four Queensland run club locations.

Each location runs its own dedicated stamp card, with rewards tailored to that community – combining local business partnerships, sponsor collaborations, and Sana Days merchandise to create meaningful incentives.

Using the Brisbane Run Club 2026 card as an example, the program includes:

  • Stamp 5 — Free coffee
  • Stamp 10 — Free protein shake
  • Stamp 15 — Free bacon and egg roll + Sana Socks
  • Stamp 20 — $25 Andonis gift voucher
  • Stamp 25 — Before You Speak coffee pack
  • Stamp 50 — Voucher (partner reward)

To join members to the program, they display their Join Code, which allows a runner to download the Stamp Me app and join the stamp card, when it is scanned in the Stamp Me app.

Stamps are collected at each run, and a public leaderboard on the Sana Days website tracks who has attended the most sessions, which adds a layer of friendly competition that keeps the community motivated and engaged.

They also set up a time delay in between stamping, which prevents against misuse.

Stamping Method

Promotion

Sana Days actively promotes their loyalty program across social media, using it as a key tool for community engagement beyond the run itself. They regularly share milestone stats, consistency leaderboards, and annual program reviews. This cleverly celebrates member achievements and keeps the community motivated between events.

"The platform has also allowed us to collaborate with local businesses and integrate them into our community, which has been a great way to create mutual value and strengthen those relationships.

We’ve even introduced a yearly consistency challenge across our different locations, adding a layer of friendly competition that keeps members engaged and motivated.

Overall, Stamp Me has helped us build stronger engagement, reward consistency, and further grow our impact.”
